Standard Delivery

  • Orders under $79 are charged $8.95 flat shipping

Order processing times

• Orders received Monday to Friday before 12pm (Sydney time): Despatched the same day
• Orders received after 12pm or on weekends: Despatched the next business day

Express Post Service

Need your products in a hurry? Cosmetix offers Express Post as a premium service through Australia Post.

Safe drop, Authority to leave & Stolen parcels

All orders are dispatched with a signature required upon delivery to ensure your order reaches you securely.

If you choose to authorise Australia Post to leave your parcel without a signature, please note that Cosmetix cannot accept responsibility for any orders that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the correct address.

For the safest delivery, we recommend selecting a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for your order.

International Shipping to New Zealand

At this time, Cosmetix only ships internationally to New Zealand via Express Post International.

This service offers fast and reliable delivery, with tracking available for added peace of mind.

Important Notice – Dangerous Goods & International Orders

Unfortunately, Dangerous Goods (DG) items cannot be shipped internationally. These products are restricted and will not be available for purchase for orders being sent to New Zealand.
