Directions for Use
- Starting at the inner corner of the eye, draw a thin line along the lashline >At the middle of the eye, start to thicken the line
- Extend past outer corner of eye and flick upward toward eyebrow
- For a more intense cat eye look, extend line downward from the inner corner of the eye
- For best results, store product horizontally
